On this, the International Day to End Violence Against Women, IWA hopes to encourage our sisters to continue the fight against tyranny and all forms of political repression. All over the world women face violence daily – not just at the hands of family members or in exploitative working conditions spawned by a profit-oriented economic system – but also from the State.
